The L22 patch

L22 covers Waterloo, Seaforth and the streets running up to Crosby. Mostly late-Victorian terraces — lots of bay fronts, tiled paths, and back alleys behind. A fair few larger three-storey semis on the park side. Plenty of flats and HMOs around Seaforth Road and Crosby Road North.

Access notes

• Most Waterloo terraces have rear alleys — handy for loading if front-street parking is a write-off on match days or the weekend.
• Crosby Road North is TT-restricted in places — we'll get the smaller van in where we need to.
• Loft flats around Cambridge Road: third-floor hauls are nothing new, we've got the straps and the muscle.
• Seaforth side: watch out for one-way systems — Leigh knows them.
